Gabriela began her career in the public sector, where she worked in the department of financial project management. She later joined CSA, where she developed her expertise in financial analytics and consultancy. Currently, she holds the position of Manager in Real Estate Advisory and is a Licensed Real Estate Valuer certified by the Slovenian Institute of Auditors.

Gabriela specializes in real estate valuation for various purposes, covering residential, commercial, and specialized properties. Her expertise also includes conducting feasibility studies to assess the economic viability of real estate projects, preparing investment reports, and performing in-depth analyses of specific segments of the real estate market.

She effectively combines financial analytics with industry-specific real estate knowledge to deliver comprehensive real estate advisory services. She has participated in over 50 real estate valuation projects for companies across various sectors, including energy, hospitality, retail, and manufacturing. Through these projects, she has gained extensive experience in valuing residential, commercial, and specialized properties, such as gas stations, hotels, and large industrial complexes.

Additionally, Gabriela has contributed to the preparation of feasibility studies for real estate developments, investment reports, and real estate market analyses for a diverse range of clients.
