He began his career at the advisory firm P&S Capital and later joined one of the world's leading international audit and advisory firms within the Big Four, where he further developed his expertise in financial advisory and business valuation. He also enhanced his professional knowledge through the International Master in Business and Organisation (IMB) programme at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana.

His work primarily focuses on business valuation, financial analysis, financial due diligence, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory. His areas of expertise also include business performance monitoring, financial performance analysis, identification of business and financial risks, and the preparation of analytical assessments to support strategic and investment decisions.

Andrej is involved in M&A transactions, assisting clients in understanding key value drivers, assessing companies' financial positions and future potential, and identifying risks that may affect transaction outcomes. He places particular emphasis on the quality of financial information, cash flow sustainability, normalization of financial performance, and factors influencing business value.
